ApplicationThe U. S. Steel Canada Inc. Code of Ethical BusinessConduct (Code) applies to all of us — directors,officers, and full-time and part-time employees ofU. S. Steel Canada. Throughout the Code, when werefer to employee or employees, we also mean directorsand officers. In addition to this Code, we are requiredto comply with all applicable U. S. Steel Canadapolicies, procedures, plant work rules and plant rulesof conduct. Failure to follow them subjects us todisciplinary action, up to and including suspension ortermination of employment. U. S. Steel Canada forbidsretaliation against anyone who in good faith reports asuspected ethics or compliance violation.
