25 January 2010<str<strong>on</strong>g>MITIE</str<strong>on</strong>g> Group PLC<str<strong>on</strong>g>MITIE</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>secures</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>facilities</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>management</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>c<strong>on</strong>tract</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>on</strong> <strong>Land</strong> <strong>Securities</strong> prestigiousnew development<str<strong>on</strong>g>MITIE</str<strong>on</strong>g>, the strategic outsourcing and asset <str<strong>on</strong>g>management</str<strong>on</strong>g> company, has secured a new three-year<str<strong>on</strong>g>c<strong>on</strong>tract</str<strong>on</strong>g> with a total value of £6m to provide <str<strong>on</strong>g>facilities</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>management</str<strong>on</strong>g> services to <strong>Land</strong> <strong>Securities</strong>’prestigious new building, One New Change in L<strong>on</strong>d<strong>on</strong>.One New Change is part of <strong>Land</strong> <strong>Securities</strong>’ central L<strong>on</strong>d<strong>on</strong> development pipeline and iscurrently under c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> but is taking shape as a world-class c<strong>on</strong>temporary building designedto complement its historic neighbour, St Paul’s Cathedral.
