Return the denture and bar frameworkto the dentist for patient delivery.Send to Clinician• Finished denture• Bar• Short screws• Working modelClinical 15 - Seat final applianceRemove the Healing Abutments or Cover Caps from the implants/abutments with the .050” (1.25mm) Hex Driver. Make sure theprosthetic platforms are free of bone and soft tissue. Irrigate the internalthread connections and dry. Place the final cast bar and secure withthe appropriate screws using the .050” (1.25mm) Hex Driver. Handtighten.If the seating surface is subgingival, take an x-ray to insure thebar is seated completely. Torque the screws to 30 Ncm with the .050”(1.25mm) Hex Driver and a calibrated Torque Wrench.Insert the finished denture in the patient’s mouth, engaging theattachments.
