Since, 2001, his involvements withCIE has resulted in him setting up an International Daylight Monitoring Programme Station in HongKong. The station has been upgraded to Research Class in 2003. It is one of the 15 researchclass stations around the world monitoring the sky and providing fundamental data to theinternational community.
