The Archery Federations of Austria, Croatia, Italy (represented by a Regional Team from Friuli Venezia-Giulia) andSlovenia establish 2010 the field archery competition: ALPE ADRIA FIELD CUP – AAFC.2. Four international AAFC events, one in each country, will be organized in a calendar year, following WA Rules forField Archery.3. Other WA members are allowed to take part in the events, but cannot be included in the AAFC results, and cannotobtain trophies or medals for the AAFC.2. CLASSESJunior, senior and master classes are joined according to gender into two classes:• Women• Men3. DIVISIONS• Barebow• Recurve• CompoundAll characteristics of the bows are as described in the WA Rules for Field Archery4. CATEGORIES• Barebow women• Barebow men• Recurve women• Recurve men• Compound women• Compound men5. ENTRY FEES1. Max. individual entry fee fora) 1 day competition: Euro 20,00 including 1 meal - Euro 15,00 without a mealb) 2 days competition Euro 35,00 including 2 meals – Euro 25,00 without a mealIf the meals are included in the entry fee, this needs to be clearly stated in the invitation.2. Max. entry fee for teams:Euro 6,00 per team (Euro 2,00 per member).6. INDIVIDUAL EVENT1. 7. TEAM EVENT1. AAFC events will include a Team Round, to be shot on the first competition day after the individual event2. The Team Round will be organised as per WA Rules 2012, Book 2, Chapter 4, Article 4.5.3.4.5.3. Each AAFC-Archery Federation can take part in the AAFC Team Round with one men and one women team.4. For team ranking purposes, the best scores in each category are taken.5. The team will be made up by one archer of each division.6. Mixing of genders in teams is not allowed.7. The BB can replace RE or CO, RE can replace CO, but the arrows must be shot from the distance designated for thebow it replaces.8. Athletes for each Team Round will be nominated by the team captain.8. INDIVIDUAL CLASSIFICATION1. In order to be included in the final classification of the AAFC each athlete has to participate in at least threeAAFC events.2. Individual scoring for each AAFC tournament:1 st place - 20 points2 nd place - 15 points3 rd place - 10 points4 th place - 7 points5 th place - 6 points6 th place - 5 points7 th place - 4 points8 th place - 3 points9 th place - 2 points10 th place - 1 pointOther places do not get points3. For the final classification only the best three results are considered.9. TEAMS CLASSIFICATIONTeam scoring for each AAFC team event:1 st place - 20 points2 nd place - 15 points3 rd place - 10 points10. MEDALS AND TROPHIES1) Individual:a) For each Cup event :The first 3 ranked athletes in each category will be awarded trophies or medalsb) Cup <strong>2013</strong>:I) On the last tournament a trophy for the 1 st placed athlete in each category for the AAFC is handed out,which is to be provided by the organizer of the last tournament.II) In case of equal total scoring points after 4 events there will be a shoot off for the first place of theCup <strong>2013</strong>.2) Teams Cup <strong>2013</strong>:a) At the 4th event after the Team Round, the first 3 ranked teams of the Cup <strong>2013</strong> will be awarded3 trophies/team to be provided by the organisers of the last tournament .b) In case of equal scoring in the positions 1 – 3, there will be a shoot off.
