Defects confirmed as being covered by the warranty shall be corrected either by means of repair of the faulty Product or, subject to availability, byreplacement with a working piece of the same model, or a later model. Traxon does not guarantee that the repaired/replaced Product shall work inthe same condition (in terms of color-brightness and evenness in particular) as the outgoing one.6. Whereas Traxon commits to put forth its best endeavor to maintain the Product, its responsibilities cover only parts or replacement consumablesthat are available from the manufacturer and/or on the market at time when servicing is made. Due to inherent properties of LEDs, Traxon shall notensure that function and performance of the Product, after being serviced, be fully restored to its previous working condition.7. Traxon reserves the right to amend terms and conditions of its warranty program without notice.22
