-51 -3.3.10 Light Industry ZoneIntentThe intent of the Light Industry zone is to provide for localised, small-scale andnon-offensive industrial activities which can be located in proximity tocommercial or business uses and which generally do not require large sites andcan provide a buffer to other industrial zones where the scale of industrial activityis of a greater magnitude.Development conditions will be imposed in this zone to protect the amenity of anysurrounding commercial, business or residential areas.
