"General Industry"Any industry which because of the scale level or type of activity involved, itstraffic generating potential or any other factor -(a)(b)may, in the opinion of the Council, intermittently have some effect uponactivities conducted on adjoining sites or in the immediate vicinity andwould accordingly be, in the opinion of the Council, incompatible with thedefinition of "light industry";is, in the opinion of the Council, so operated or conducted that the effect ofthe use is not detrimental to the working environment experienced onadjoining sites or in the immediate vicinity.The term may include but is not limited to the industries listed in Appendix 6 providedthey comply with the preceding provisions of this definition.
