Freight Depot-14-Any premises used or intended for use for any or all of the following purposes -(a)(b)The receipt, storage and distribution or goods for transport by any means and theloading and unloading or such goods;The transfer of goods from one transport or container to another transport orcontainer.The term includes the storage of goods for collection following their transportation and theloading, unloading and storage of containers, and the garaging, refuelling cleansing,servicing and repair of road transport vehicles, when carried out in conjunction with any ofthe above uses.The term does not include the receipt and dispatch of goods where such use is ancillary tosome other lawful use, or a transport and equipment depot as herein defined.Fuel DepotAny premises used or intended for use for the bulk storage for wholesale distribution ofpetroleum products or other flammable fuels. The term does not include a service stationas herein defined.Function CentreAny premises used or intended for use for the holding of functions or receptions at whichfood or drink is served. The term does not include a hotel, indoor entertainment, nightclubor restaurant as herein defined.Funeral ParlourAny premises used or intended for use by an undertaker in the carrying out of hisoccupation.
