Along with each productour customers receive structured user documentationwith graphic representations and photos.Corresponding to the product life cycle, theoperating manual contains all the informationyou need on your point machine. The technicaldata and the functional description of the individualcomponents are described in detail.Assembly, setting and maintenance work aredescribed step by step in simple terms in wordsand pictures.With each product, our customers receive a CDwith user documentation - which includes safetyinstructions, declaration of incorporation, anoperating manual, electric and hydraulic wiringdiagrams, point installation drawing, commissioningprotocol, final post-assembly inspectionprotocol and a spare-parts list.4.2. Quality assuranceAt HANNING & KAHL, conscientious qualitymanagement ensures constant product quality.Every single HANNING & KAHL point machineis subjected to a fully-automatic post-assemblyexamination on a test station developed for thepurpose. At the same time, all the characteristicsof the point machine are registered, documentedand analysed. Vital production dataand performance parameters remain accessiblefor later applications.When the examination is completed, the analyseddata is automatically stored and a detailedelectronic type plate is created. Years later, thetest results of individual point machines can stillbe reproduced.After different preliminary tests on the individualcomponents, the entire point machine is subjectedto a tightness test, simulating the pressureof a 3-meter water column on the housing.Test station for fully-automaticfinal quality inspection12
