D A N V I L L ECORE BUILD-UP MATERIALTMRock CoreRock Core is a resin composite which is ideal for core build-ups and for cementing posts.Dual-cure chemistry allows Rock Core to be rapidly set with a light or to self-cure in 5 min.Rock Core cuts like dentin and white shade is easy to differentiate from tooth structure.• Cuts like dentin• Dual cure• White shade is easily differentiated from dentin• A2 shade blends with tooth structure• Automix cartridge (white) or automix syringe (A2)• RadiopaqueInstructions for use:1. Apply and cure resin-bonding agent compatible with self-cure and/or dual-cure composites.2. Place a matrix band or crown form.3. Snap the plastic ‘needle’ into the automix tip and express directly, filling from the bottom up toavoid bubbles. With crown forms, fill and place. Hold until fully set.Working time: 1 ½ min4. Rock Core may be manipulated using a composite instrument.Light set: 40 sec, 4mm max depthSelf-cure: 5 min @ 37°C/98°F5. Use diamond or carbide burs for final crown preparation.6. Use separating gel (such as LIQUID LENS) if a provisional is made on the prepared tooth.D A N V I L L EM A T E R I A L S3420 fostoria way ste. Water and oily air will inhibit set and bond.• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If accidental contact occurs, wash with water and contacta physician if necessary.• Storage: Refrigerate. Do not freeze. Use at room temperature.• Use a dispensing gun to avoid hand strain.Composition:• Barium glass 69%, silica 3% in a Bis-GMA based resin.
