Auction starts at 10.00am Stalls open from 9.00am<br />
Stall holders arrive 6.30 - 7.00 am<br />
� Sites for stalls will cost $15 and must be pre-booked and paid<br />
for prior to the day.<br />
Applications to be in and paid for by April 9th 2011<br />
� A site size is 3m x 5m, if more space is required, you may need to<br />
book more than 1 site.<br />
� Only clean, saleable, working items, in good condition,<br />
only will be accepted for auction<br />
� Items only bringing up to the value of $5.00 will be<br />
counted as a donation to <strong>Morgan</strong> Lions<br />
� If you have any items for the auction, please contact<br />
Graham Harvey 85402051 to arrange drop off or collection times.<br />

after 5pm or weekends to obtain further information.<br />
Vendors will not be paid on the day– cheques will be forwarded.<br />
