Bodyworks Fitness Studio
Our modern and stylish Bodyworks Fitness Studio is the
ideal place to work out. The fully air-conditioned studio
has a full range of cardio and resistance equipment and
qualified fitness consultants to assist with your workout
as you take in the stunning Norfolk coastline. We even
have an exclusive Vibrogym training machine which
enables you to become more toned and flexible, without
putting unnecessary pressure on your joints! We also
offer Junior Bodyworks supervised fitness sessions for
children aged 8 to 15 years old on weekdays between
3.30pm and 5.30pm and at weekends from 9am until 12
noon.
Group Fitness Classes
We offer 22 group fitness classes every week in our fully
air-conditioned aerobics studio. Our group fitness
programme caters for all fitness levels and ages. So
whether you enjoy upbeat classes or simply want to
exercise to keep supple and toned, we have a class for
you.
50+ Mornings
For those of you that are still young at heart and like to
keep active why not join us between 9am and 12 noon
on Mondays and Thursdays, for our 50+ mornings?
Whether you want to take part in one of our aerobics
classes, enjoy a gentle game on our indoor bowling
green, or prefer to take part in a supervised session in
our fitness studio followed by a swim we have something
for you. All guests participating in the 50+ activities
receive either a free cup of tea or coffee from our Klix
coffee machine or a 50p discount voucher to be
redeemed in the Surfside Cafeteria against a drink of
your choice (terms and conditions apply).
Swim School
We offer a full programme of swimming lessons,
suitable for all ages and abilities. The new programme
start in September. For more information please refer to

Leisure Pool - under 8’s admission policy
Children under 8 years - All children under eight
years old must be closely supervised by a responsible
adult over the age of 16 years old. Children aged between
four and eight years old must be accompanied
on a ratio of two children to one adult .
Children under 4 years - All children under four years
old must be accompanied on a ratio of one adult to one
child unless the children are wearing BS, EN or Kite
Marked armbands or buoyancy jackets when two
children may be accompanied by only one adult.
