E. 1. d., which states as follows;“BSJ will provide to all ARTIST who are engaged for fifteen (15) weeks or more, Health Insurance forno less than twelve (12) months from first day <strong>of</strong> coverage per contract year, that will not fall below thelevel <strong>of</strong> coverage and range <strong>of</strong> providers <strong>of</strong> the Health Insurance BSJ currently provides ARTIST. Suchinsurance shall begin on the first day <strong>of</strong> the month after the first day <strong>of</strong> each ARTIST’s contract.”For any ARTIST who does not accept a contract <strong>of</strong>fer to return for BSJ’s 2011-12 contract year, BSJshall only be obligated to continue to provide Health Insurance as set forth in Section E. 1. a. <strong>of</strong> thisAgreement for one additional month following the last date <strong>of</strong> such ARTIST’s 2010-11 individualemployment contract in addition to the month in which such individual contract ends.In addition, for the 2010-11 contract year only, Section IV. B. 4 shall read as follows:“Severance and Exit PayWhen an ARTIST who has been employed on a guaranteed employment basis by BSJ for at least three(3) years leaves the ARTIST shall receive one hundred per cent (100%) week’s MinimumCompensation, per year <strong>of</strong> employment for service <strong>of</strong> up to fifteen (15) years. If there is a break inservice <strong>of</strong> not more than one (1) year, ARTIST shall not lose credit for past years <strong>of</strong> employment.”If the above is in accordance with your understanding, please sign one copy and return it to me.For AGMA:For BSJDateDate57
