EXHIBIT "1"AGREEMENT between the _______________________located at______________________________, hereinafter called the Company and_________________________, hereinafter called the Photographer, dated this ___________ day of__________, 20 ___.Whereby it is mutually agreed that the Company will admit the Photographer to the premises of the________________Theater under the following conditions:1. The Photographer agrees that any photographs taken in the _______________Theaterwill be used only for purposes of the Company's publicity, in newspaper, souvenir books, houseprograms or other publicity uses designated by the Company.2. The Company agrees to compensate the Photographer for any photographs ordered orused by the Company at a rate to be mutually agreed upon.3. The Photographer agrees to submit all photographs of principal and soloist dancers toboth the dancer involved and the Company for approval.4.
