dance trunks, dance belts, t-shirts or g-strings that have previously be worn byanyone else.(ii)(iii)BSJ shall supply each ARTIST with non-allergenic wigs, beards, hair pieces,including adhesives, and/or costume jewelry that is required by BSJ to be worn bythe ARTIST in any dance piece as well as socks necessitated by the costumes,which are to be distributed no later than one-half (1/2) hour prior to theperformance.In the event an ARTIST is requested to utilize his/her own wardrobe (i.e. streetclothes, not dance clothes) for rehearsals and performances, BSJ agrees tocompensate each ARTIST $10.00 per rehearsal and per performance in additionto any liability for damaged garments.(b) Costume Fittings(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)(v)Costume fittings may be counted in fifteen (15) minute increments. Fittings mayonly occur during work span. Should there be any infringement on the 4th ormore consecutive hour; the ARTIST shall receive ECA payment as per Section IVB 3, <strong>of</strong> this Basic Agreement.BSJ agrees that any additional hours or fraction there<strong>of</strong> spent by the ARTIST forcostume fittings above those provided for in the preceding subparagraph shall beconsidered rehearsal time and compensated as provided in Sections IV B 2, <strong>of</strong> thisBasic Agreement. Costume fittings may be called, counted and compensated forin fifteen (15) minute increments.If the ARTIST is called for costume fittings on the ARTIST’s Free Day, such callwill be for not less than two (2) hours for which the ARTIST shall receive ECApayment in addition to normal hourly rate <strong>of</strong> pay, as per Section IV B 3, <strong>of</strong> thisBasic Agreement.No costume fitting shall be permitted on a two (2) performance day, unless theARTIST receives an ECA payment in addition to ARTIST’s normal hourly rate <strong>of</strong>pay, as per Section IV B 3, <strong>of</strong> this Basic Agreement, with a one (1) hourminimum call guaranteed.If an ARTIST who is not participating in a rehearsal at the time <strong>of</strong> the fitting,misses a fitting which has been posted on the schedule as outlined herein, withoutbeing excused, BSJ may deduct one (1) block <strong>of</strong> time from such ARTIST’sallotment <strong>of</strong> sick leave as set forth in Section IV. E. 2. a. iii. <strong>of</strong> this agreement.41
