f) Dressing Rooms - BSJ will arrange for adequate dressing rooms to include dressing andseating space and bathroom facilities for all occupants.g) During each In-Theater Week, BSJ shall provide at least two (2) licensed massagetherapists or physical therapists for no less than four (4) hours each day, whether suchday is a Performance or Rehearsal Day. BSJ may consider using an unlicensed massagetherapist with AGMA’s approval. In such a case BSJ and AGMA shall discuss theprocess by which this would occur. BSJ shall schedule these four (4) hours within thefollowing hours: From 9AM-12PM and/or from 5PM to the designated theater closingtime or 11:30PM whichever is earlier. BSJ will schedule time before class wheneverpossible. In addition to the work day hours set forth herein, BSJ may also schedule suchhours to occur on Free Days.D. POSTING OF SCHEDULES1) A callboard shall be provided in each place where rehearsals are regularly scheduled, and allnotices concerning rehearsals shall be posted thereon. BSJ also shall maintain for the benefit<strong>of</strong> the ARTISTs an online posting <strong>of</strong> the schedule or a telephone recording if the onlineversion is not available.2) During all Rehearsal and Performance Weeks the complete and detailed individualARTIST’s schedule shall be posted by 2:30 PM two (2) working days (including the day thatthe schedule is posted) in advance <strong>of</strong> the rehearsal. Therefore, by way <strong>of</strong> example, BSJ shallpost Wednesday’s rehearsal schedule by Monday at 2:30 PM and shall post Monday’srehearsal schedule by Thursday at 2:30 PM.3) If BSJ does not abide by the foregoing (a) and (b) above, or a part there<strong>of</strong>, the ARTIST shallbe exonerated for any lateness or missing <strong>of</strong> rehearsals occasioned thereby and BSJ shall putone hundred dollars ($100) into the Career Transition Fund.E. COSTUMES, WIGS, SHOES AND MAKE-UPBSJ agrees to supply the ARTIST with all costumes, wigs, hair coloring, shoes, body make-up,and any special make-up and accessories for character roles, and all costume accessories (i.e.,jewelry, fans, and so forth with the exception <strong>of</strong> small rhinestone earrings, which ARTISTs maybe asked to supply) prior to performances and rehearsals in which such items are required.1) ShoesBSJ will provide shoes for each ARTIST to use during all classes, rehearsals, andperformances for the duration <strong>of</strong> ARTIST's engagement with BSJ.ARTIST is responsible for selecting the pointe shoes and ballet slippers that BSJ willpurchase on ARTIST's behalf, and will do so in writing upon signing an Individual Artist'sContract for Employment.ARTIST may change their shoe selection by resubmitting a written request to BSJ.However, ARTIST must first use up all shoes already in his or her inventory, as well as39
