The Trustees shall meet initially to consider and propose, rules, and regulationsconcerning the investment of the Career in Transition Fund. The Trustees shall act bymajority vote in all matters. The said rules and regulations shall provide at the discretionof the Trustees, for alternate Trustees to serve in place or stead of the Trustees in theevent of death, disability, resignation or absence.A portion of the Fund money that has been contributed by BSJ and the ARTISTs may beallocated for emergency relief for the ARTISTS. The Fund Trustees will work togethertoward establishing the conditions under which Fund money may be used in this regard.Any money that has been donated to the Fund by patrons shall not be used for emergencyrelief unless it has been specifically allocated for such use.5) PARKINGBSJ shall make parking available to each ARTIST, for each day ARTIST is required toperform or, upon presentation of a receipt, reimbursement for parking at an amount not toexceed the cost of parking at the lot located on Almaden Blvd. and Balbach St. Suchreimbursement will only be made for days when ARTISTs are called to a location other thanthe BSJ studios located at 40 N. First Street, San Jose, CA 95113.6) PERFORMANCE TICKETSBSJ will supply each ARTIST with three (3) pairs of complimentary tickets and two (2) pairsof half (1/2) priced tickets for each week of Performances per program.7) IDENTIFICATION CARDSBSJ shall provide all ARTISTs with identification cards, which will verify employment bythe Company, eligibility for complimentary tickets and shall be used for entry into anytheaters where BSJ holds performance, and as needed to the BSJ studios.30
