Minimum CompensationOverscale Dancers - The total compensation rates for over scale dancers shall be increased by thedollar amount <strong>of</strong> the percentage increase given to minimum wages set forth above or an amountno less than the average change in the Bureau <strong>of</strong> Labor Statistic Consumer Prices Index forUrban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers in the San Francisco Bay Area for the previous threeyears ending December 31 (3.3% for 12/07) whichever is greater.1) Rehearsal Weeks.2010-111st-Year Apprentice $477.212nd-Year Apprentice $656.17Corps De Ballet $836.00Soloist $865.00Principal $1,090.00No ARTIST engaged for the 2010-11 season shall be employed at a weekly salary less thanhis/her 2009-10 weekly salary. The lowest salary for a Company Member for the 2010-11 seasonis $876.88 per In-Studio Rehearsal Week.2) In-Theater Rehearsal/Performance Weeks2010-111st-Year Apprentice $620.392nd-Year Apprentice $853.03Corps De Ballet $1086.80Soloist $1,124.50Principal $1,417.00In-Theater Rehearsal/Performance week shall be compensated at thirty per cent (30%) <strong>of</strong> eachARTIST’s In-Studio Rehearsal Weekly salary. Any over-scale compensation an ARTIST mayreceive shall not be credited towards satisfying this enhanced weekly salary.B. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION1) Seniority Minimum.BSJ agrees to pay to an ARTIST in the employ <strong>of</strong> BSJ for the appropriate period <strong>of</strong> time asdefined hereafter prior to the effective date <strong>of</strong> employment the following compensation inaddition to any minimum compensation provided for in this Basic Agreement: ten dollars($10.00) per week, per contract year. For example, an ARTIST with six (6) contract years’seniority with BSJ would receive $60.00 per week.23
