Demonstration/Outreach. The response to such a request shall be made to BSJ from the SanFrancisco Area Representative or one of the Delegates.5) Transportation: All transportation to and from the Lecture Demonstration/ Outreach will bearranged by BSJ. In the event that BSJ is unable to provide transportation an ARTIST maybe asked to drive under the following circumstances: ARTIST will receive reimbursementfor mileage at the current IRS rate for San Jose, CA and parking at the location of theLecture Demonstration/ Outreach will either be provided or reimbursed. No ARTIST will berequired to drive without their consent.6) Per Diem: If an ARTIST is required to be more that 30 miles from the in-city departurepoint, per diem rates apply as set forth in Section IV D, of this Basic Agreement.7) Health & Safety: BSJ will make every possible attempt to provide a proper dance floor. Ifthis becomes impossible no ARTIST will be asked to jump or wear point shoes.8) Exceptions: Exceptions to Lecture Demonstration/ Outreach/Student Matinee provisions maybe made if agreed to in writing by AGMA, and BSJ.9) Basic Agreement Application: All terms of this Basic Agreement shall apply to all LectureDemonstrations/ Outreaches.10) BSJ shall give AGMA and Delegates the following details regarding a LectureDemonstration/ Outreach, no less than ten (10) days prior to the Lecture Demonstration/Outreach;a) Location of Lecture Demonstration/ Outreach,b) Date of Lecture Demonstration/ Outreach.c) Complete schedule for Rehearsals and Performances of the Lecture Demonstration/Outreach,d) All conditions regarding space and dressing facilities including any modifications thatwill be made to the space in order to accommodate all of the requirements set forth in thisBasic Agreement including but not limited to Paragraph A of the Health & SafetyAddendum.e) Whether or not there will be a paying audience.f) The purpose of the Lecture Demonstration/ Outreach.11) BSJ shall post a notice on the ARTIST Bulletin Board outlining all details set forth inparagraph 12 above no less than one (1) week in advance of such Lecture Demonstration/Outreach/ Student Matinee.12) In-Studio Showings shall not be included in this section of the agreement. However, BSJshall discuss the schedule for such days in Joint Committee in advance of such scheduling.16
