THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF VERNON
We have aud¡ted and reported separately herein on the consolidaled financial statements of the
Corporation as at and for the year ended December 31, 2008.
Our audit was oonducted for the purpose of express¡ng an opinion on the consolidated linancial
statements oi the Corporation taken as a whole. The supplementary information on the financial
position, financialact¡vities of the operations of individualfunds and deferred charges for the year
ended December 31, 2008 included in the following supporting schedules are presented for the
purposes of additional anal¡tsis. Such supplementary information has been subjected to the
auditing procedures applied in the audit of the consolidated financial statements and, in our
opinion, is fairly stated, in all material respects, in relation to the consolidated financial statements
taken as a whole.
