Details are provided in the Operating Results, Cash Management and Sales sections.Budget Highlights/Special Interest ItemsThis budget includes all known requirements to implement Base Realignment and Closure(BRAC) Committee Law #176 (S&S 7), which disestablishes and consolidates Depot LevelReparable (DLR) procurement requirements from DoD services to the Defense Logistics Agency(DLA). In accordance with this law and effective for the remainder of FY 2011, MC SMAG hastransferred funding for one Full Time Equivalent (FTE) from MC SMAG to DLA. The fundingsupports labor and support costs related to procurement of DLRs. The Marine Corps and DLAcontinue to work, plan, and coordinate all actions and processes required to fully implementthis BRAC law prior to 1 October 2011.
