Major customers include Fleet and Marine Corpsforces, Department of the Navy (DoN) shore activities, Army, Air Force, Defense Agencies,other government agencies and foreign governments. Costs related to supplying this materialto customers are recouped through stabilized rate recovery elements such as prior year gainsand losses, inventory maintenance, repair costs including attrition, and local elements.
