Future Modular Force leadership development programs willrequire the capability to provide-Data, information, and knowledge management solutions to understand the risks,including information overload, and benefits of any particular architecture they engage inthe course of an operation.The ability to co-evolve with all the other joint C2 enablers, so that leadershipdevelopment keeps pace with the impact of the other enablers.
