Laborcosts in excess of the Company rate schedulescaused by, but not limited to, location or inaccessibilityof the equipment, or labor provided by unauthorizedservice personnel is not provided for by this warranty.All costs of transportation of product or parts claimednot to be as warranted and, of repaired or replacementparts to or from such service facility shall be borne bythe Purchaser. The Company may require the returnof any part claimed not to be as warranted to one of itsfacilities as designated by the Company, transportationprepaid by the Purchaser, to establish a claim underthis warranty.Replacement parts provided under the terms of thiswarranty are warranted for the remainder of theWarranty Period of the product upon which installed tothe same extent as if such parts were originalcomponents.The Company may request a root cause analysis beperformed in-order to identify if a request for warrantyclaim meets the requirements of this warranty.DISCLAIMERExcept as to title, the foregoing warranty is the soleand exclusive warranty of the Company. TheCompany hereby extends other manufactureswarranty or guaranties, if any given to Company bysuch manufacturer, but only to the extent theCompany is able to enforce such warranty orguaranties.
