Horncastle Area Committee4.04.2011Horncastle area was too vast and could be a reason for low attendance byParish and Town Council’s as the Agenda items were not relevant to them.A suggestion was put forward to look at how the Area Committee couldbetter engage with its Parishes to ensure there was that link with theDistrict Council, which was both financially viable and informative.Members requested an item for the next Agenda, which invited variousParish Councils to come and give their opinion on how they would like tosee Area Committees move forward in the future.52.
