That the Executive Board be made aware ofconcerns and issues expressed at the Meeting ofLouth Area Committee on 10 th January 2011, inrespect of extreme weather conditionsexperienced recently and requested to ensurethat in the event of any future inclement winterweather, resources be made available, fromcontingency funds if necessary, to clear carparks, the bus station and the market place atan early stage to enable normal business andleisure activity to carry on as usual in Louth.2.
