:HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAYAPPELLATE SIDE, BOMBAYORDERNO. SID/WM/113/2013/176/2013Mumbai, the 19 th of June, 2013WHEREAS, a disciplinary <strong>proceeding</strong> <strong>against</strong> <strong>Shri</strong> N.S. <strong>Lohare</strong>,Civil Judge Junior Division <strong>and</strong> Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vashi,District Thane, is contemplated.: .NOW, THEREFORE, the Hon'ble the Chief Justice <strong>and</strong> the Hon'bleJudges - the <strong>Disciplinary</strong> Authority - in exercise of the powers conferred bySub-Rule (1) (a) of Rule 4 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline <strong>and</strong>Appeal) Rules, 1979, hereby places said <strong>Shri</strong> N.S. <strong>Lohare</strong> under suspensionwith immediate effect from the date of service of the order of suspension.It is further ordered that during the period this order shall remainin force, the Head Quarter of <strong>Shri</strong> N.S. <strong>Lohare</strong> shall be Vashi, District Thane<strong>and</strong> he shall not leave the Head Quarter' without obtaining previouspermission of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Thane.,1It is not permissible for <strong>Shri</strong> N.S. <strong>Lohare</strong> to accept privateemployment or to do business while under suspension, in view of theprovisions of Rule 16 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Conduct) Rules,1979. If while under suspension he accepts private employment or doesbusiness, he will be guilty of misconduct <strong>and</strong> will be liable to be dealt withaccordingly. He is also liable in that case to forfeit his claim for subsistenceallowance.
