IBSSA official publication 2006New training centres in Europe <strong>and</strong> New Zeal<strong>and</strong>Folda International <strong>Bodyguard</strong> Training Centre opened two new offices <strong>and</strong> training centreson top of its existing eight facilities last year. International bodyguard training now takes placein New Zeal<strong>and</strong> - Mount Manganui, <strong>and</strong> in Sweden, Malmö, too. The future plans of FoldaInternational Ltd. include opening of further training centres in the Ukraine, Serbia <strong>and</strong>Belgium. The long-term plans also contain centres on the South American continent.International jitsu training camp on Lake BalatonA traditional international training campwas organised on Lake Balaton, theHungarian sea, with the participation of 30foreign <strong>and</strong> approximately 100 Hungarianjitsukas. The Hungarian Ju Jitsu Federation hasinvited the traditionally strong trainers’ staff forthe one-week training camp. As the Martial ArtsMagazine, a special periodical published in theHungarian language also stated, during the trainingcamp, sensei István Kelemen (7 dan), chairmanof the dan section of the Hungarian Ju JitsuFederation, tested a sportsman in an exam infront of the leading trainers of the Hungarian dansection <strong>and</strong> world association. Sándor Füvesi,instructor of Hódmezôvásárhely, passed theexam successfully (3 dan).During the camp, the following masters <strong>and</strong>guests passed on their knowledge to participants:Vlado Schmidt (Germany), ju jitsu (10 dan),Giacomo Spartaco Bertoletti (Italy),WJJKO president, ju jitsu (8 dan WJJKO, 9 dan JJIF),Dr. Rony Kluger (Israel, 8 dan), goju kai traditionalOkinawa karate master,Auvo Niiniketo (7 dan), president of the Finnish JuJitsu Federation <strong>and</strong> founder of hokutoryu ju jitsu,Günter Painter (Austria), ju jitsu (5 dan), tantojutsu <strong>and</strong> kobudo master,Eyal Cohen (Israel) WJJKO (4 dan).At the end of the camp, the leadership of theworld association <strong>and</strong> the Hungarian dan sectionawarded István Kelemen master, founder of theHungarian Ju Jitsu Federation <strong>and</strong> chairman ofthe dan section the 7th dan Renshi degree, <strong>and</strong>Attila Kovács, president of the Hungarian Ju JitsuFederation, the 5th dan Shihan degree.Harcmûvészek MagazinMr. Sándor Füvesi during the Dan EximinationParticipiants of the training camp27
