Significant difference w<strong>as</strong> observed betweenthe mean of the overall <strong>HRM</strong> practices of the private sector and test value 4 (t =9.675, p < .01). Thus, the null hypothesis w<strong>as</strong> rejected. Consequently, it can beconcluded that the overall status of <strong>HRM</strong> practices in the private sector industrialenterprises of Bangladesh is satisfactory. The next <strong>key</strong> objective of the study w<strong>as</strong>to explore the difference between the public and the private sector industrialenterprises of Bangladesh with respect to the overall status of <strong>HRM</strong> practices.
