The Challenge combined theexcitement of polo, the grace of a freestyle choreographed dressagequadrille competition set to contemporary music, and a gala witha live auction, dinner and dancing. Over $275,000 was raised withall the proceeds benefiting The Breast Cancer Research Foundation(BCRF) and Play for the P.I.N.K. (Prevention, Immediate diagnosis,New technology). Play for the P.I.N.K. President Laura Lassmansummed the evening up well with her sentiments, “Sixteen yearsago we were working to see if we could cure cancer, now we areworking to figure out when.
