Serve asadministrator/management representative for the ISO Quality System.RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Ensure that ISO 9001-2008 and RCI 14001 certification is maintained for OTH.2.Serve as Management Representative for ISO process.3. Monitor resolution of corrective actions from audits and nonconformities andreport status.4. Maintain and update the Quality Manual and other documents specificallyrequired by ISO 9001-2008 and communicate updates within the organization.5. Ensure consistency between OTH’s Quality program and the programs ofOTBV and Odfjell SE.6. Serve as the lead internal auditor for both ISO 9001-2008 and RC 14001.7. Monitor effectiveness of the quality systems through timely reporting of internaland external quality metrics.8. Coordinate and participate in conduct quality audits (ISO), document results,and report status.9. Serve as Chair of OTH Quality Board.10. Ensure that all employees are trained on the Quality System.11. Implement cooperate quality initiatives as directed.12. Recommend and develop implementation plan for new Quality systems andupgrades.13. Perform other job related duties as assigned.Page 1 of 2
