Statement of <strong>Council</strong>’s Revenue Policy (Continued)The following comments should be considered in conjunction with the above information:1. The average residential ratepayer's land valuation for <strong>2012</strong>/<strong>2013</strong> is $184,700 and this valuation has been used in the determination of both theresidential ordinary rate and environmental levy for <strong>2012</strong>/<strong>2013</strong> in the above table.2. Water usage charges have been averaged at 250 kilolitres per annum.3. Water, Sewerage, Stormwater Management and Domestic Waste Service charges are not subject to rate pegging restrictions.Impact on Non-Residential RatepayersThe approved special rate continuation will only have an impact on Business properties within the <strong>Coffs</strong> <strong>Harbour</strong> CBD.
