Managers must also ensurethat all relevant targets relating to corporate action plans as listed on page 41are also cascaded.Team targetsPiDeliver the projects in the Byker Contracts workstream against the agreedmilestones during 2012/13.Notify staff of any changes to the procurement procedure within two weeks ofthe change being made during 2012/13.Monitor and report the Corporate Procurement Strategy action plan toFinance and Resources Committee, according to committee requirementsduring 2012/13.Deliver 90% of reviews / procurements of externally delivered servicesrecommended by annual spend analysis during 2012/13.Y51
