6. Looking forward: what we aim to achieve in 2012/13Top 20 Targets 2012/13We have identified 20 ‘businesscritical’ targets which will be monitoredby our Performance Committee on aquarterly basis. We think that thesetargets will give a good overall pictureof how we are doing during the year toour customers, the Tenants’Federation, our Board and NewcastleCity Council.
