TRAVEL$ENSEselecting the leg and flight below on the drop-down controls. The current flightis always indicated by a triangle selector in the left column of the grid. Whencomplete, you then also will need to manually input a price by clicking on Edit91Fare when returning to the main Comparable Airline Trip tab.Adding a Flight<strong>Travel$ense</strong> initially creates one flight per leg and sets the departure city forthis flight. The arrival city is not automatically set for the first flight, since mostlegs will require connecting flights. To add flights to a leg, click on the flightsdrop down and select “2” for a second flight or “3” for three flights. For eachflight specify:• Departure city (Type the first letter only, then use the up/down arrowkeys or page up or down to position the list. You can click on the dropdownor use the arrow keys from the list of airports.)• Arrival city• Departure date (Pick from two days prior to two to three days aftercorporate schedule.)• Departure time (local time for departure airport, hour, minute anda.m./p.m.)• ETE (enroute time for the flight, hour plus minute)• Aircraft type (prop or jet)<strong>Travel$ense</strong> will fill in the flight row automatically when input is complete,calculating the arrival time in local time at the arrival city.
