TRAVEL$ENSETo change a password, first remove the password and then add the passwordwith its new value.When a password is in place, this option will change to "Remove Password.” Toremove the password, select this option, enter the current password and thenconfirm that it should be cleared. The levels screen now will be accessible to allwithout a password, will show all data fields in the upper table and beunencrypted in the database itself. The values of the levels data are, of course,unaffected by this operation.TRIP REPORT LETTERHEAD SPACE ON COVER PAGESo that Trip Reports can be printed on your company letterhead, <strong>Travel$ense</strong>has included the ability to customize the program report generator to take intoaccount your logo or other printed matter at the top or bottom of yourcompany stationery. You can instruct <strong>Travel$ense</strong> to leave a margin of between.5 inches (minimum space needed on any laser printer) and 2.5 inches at thetop or bottom of the first page of the Trip Report. Other reports and otherpages of the Trip Report are not affected by this setting.One note: creating a large margin on some printers may break the Trip Reportinto more pages than is necessary or desirable. Users may need to experimentto determine the proper setting, and the choice of the proper stationery, fortheir company.
