TRAVEL$ENSE129Seven data fields are mandatory and five are optional (Aircraft ID, climb speed,maximum cruise speed, approach speed and fixed cost). Use the drop-downmenus next to each field to set its position and specify whether it is optional.Make sure your definition includes Position 1 through the number of fieldsprovided. The key, Aircraft ID, is optional and will be generated by <strong>Travel$ense</strong> ifnot supplied.<strong>Travel$ense</strong> uses additional data not likely to be available from an import file.The short to long cruise transition distance is set at 500 nm and refuel time as45 minutes. The Aircraft two-character <strong>Travel$ense</strong> abbreviation, aircraft type(text) and enroute productivity all should be edited after you import to theAircraft Profiles screen. Optional data is populated by defaults as well.For more information, see Aircraft Profiles on page 47.Importing Billing Code ProfilesBilling code profiles can be imported into <strong>Travel$ense</strong> from a text file using thisscreen. All profile import screens work the same way.
