118TRAVEL$ENSEThe same report options are available for the time period, Trip Status, Aircraftchoice versus Airline and sort criteria as the Summary Report. The onedifference is that instead of selecting Billing Codes you select a Passenger viathe Passenger button on the right side of the Select A Report screen. TheSelect a Passenger screen lists every passenger currently on one or more tripsin the date range and trip status selected for the report. Select the onepassenger to analyze and click “OK.”In order to produce this report,<strong>Travel$ense</strong> must open each trip andre-compute the results for thepassenger selected. While the reportruns you will see a trip statusindicator, which includes an estimateof the time needed. This reportrequires a longer period of time torun due to this process, approximatelyone second for every trip that thepassenger is on.This report lists only time-based measures. It does not present potentiallysensitive individual costs of time and true cost of time. Instead, it showsGround and Air Travel Time saved, the total of these two along with ProductiveHours Saved and Non-Business Hours Away From Home Saved for each tripaccording to the selection criteria.The second part of the report presents the unique calculations of Nights AwayFrom Home Saved and Business Days Saved. These are fully described withinthe section on the Summary Report. On an individual level, the PersonalSummary Report presents an executive with proof of how many working daysand how many additional nights at home the business aircraft has saved.Copyright © 1999, National Business Aviation Association, Inc.
