Detailed information on the evaluationcriteria and methodology is available in the RFQ documents.The RFQ documents are also available on the <strong>MPRDC</strong> website(http://www.mprdc.nic.in). Applicant, who downloads the RFQ document from thewebsite will be required to pay a non-refundable fee as above by Demand Draft drawnin favour of <strong>Madhya</strong> <strong>Pradesh</strong> <strong>Road</strong> Development Corporation Ltd., payable on anyscheduled bank in Bhopal at the time of the submission of the RFQ or at the time ofattending the pre-bid meeting.For obtaining document by post an additional of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees fivehundred) is to be paid as postal and other related charges. <strong>MPRDC</strong> will not beresponsible for any delay, loss or non-receipt of RFQ document by post/courier.
<strong>MPRDC</strong> may update, amend or supplement the information including thequalification process in RFQ document at its discretion but before the due date.RFQ submission must be received not later than 1500 hrs. on08.12.<strong>2010</strong> on the manner specified in the RFQ document in the office of MP <strong>Road</strong>Development Corporation Ltd. Bhopal.<strong>MPRDC</strong> reserves the right to accept/reject any or all proposals or annul thetendering process any time without assigning any reason.Managing Director
