Ask about our special pricesfor groups and about our Gift Cards.Treatment Check-InFor you comfort, we ask you register at our U Spa reception approximately 19 minutes before yourtreatment is scheduled to commence. For the correct functioning of the Spa, we require maximumpunctuality please.QuestionnairesThe fist time you register at Y Spa we request you o complete a simple and confidentialquestionnaire that will reflect information concerning your eating habits, health, allergies, etc… Thisallows us to create a personal file that your therapist will update with further information such asyour skin type, treatments purchase, etc… in order to carefully evaluate each individual case andto ensure that we are offering you the best treatments and products at all times.ConsultationsIf you are a new U Spa user and you are planning to indulge in any of our intensive treatments,you may request a free consultation prior to your therapy with a specialized therapist or with Spamanagement. These consultations are included as part of our service in order to help and adviseyou on the appropriate treatment to follow according y your needs. You will also receive a detailedexplanation of the treatment and the results you should obtain. We also recommend you assist anadditional meeting/s during your therapy to discuss treatment progress and satisfaction. This waywe can be sure to offer the safest and best service possible, while providing the best results wecan.Water therapy circuitIf you are planning to make use of our Water Circuit, you must bring a swimsuit and rubbersandals. Upon arrival you will be offered a towel to use in the Spa during your visit. We inform youthat all these items area available to purchase at our Spa, should you no bring them with you.CancellationsIf you need to cancel your booking, you should do this least 3 hours in advance; 24 hours if you areserved one of our “Wellness Retreats”. For groups we require 48 hours notice. Any subsequentcancellation will be charged 30% of the tariff or loss of any deposit. If you do not attend a reservedsession and do not inform our reception, you will be required to pay the complete tariff of yourreserved therapy.Other spa policiesWe would like to emphasize that U Spa is a non-smoking Spa; if you wish to smoke you to dooutside the premises.
