1964 KRONFELD ART EXHIBITION AND1965 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPSART EXHIBITIONHE seventh Annual Exhibition whichT- was reported briefly in the Decemberissue was held in the club premises duringall <strong>No</strong>vember. Over £500 worth ofpaintings were sold, which is more thanever before and some exhibits couldhave been sold several times over. Theclub was honoured by a visit of thenewly-appointed Parliamentary Secretaryto the Minister of Aviation. who purchaseda painting of a helicopter byTom Eccles which had been highlycommended by the judges.The Kronfeld <strong>Club</strong> is organizing anart exhibition. in conjunctien with theWorld <strong>Gliding</strong> Championships at SouthCerney in May/June, 1965. It is hopedto hang a record number of paintingsand drawings of gliders and other aviationsubjects which will be suitable forcompetitors and others t:o purchase totake home as souvenirs. Artists are beingsupplied with photographs of the competinggliders..
