Changing the Units of MeasureDisplay measurements can appear in either Metric or U.S.Standard. To change this setting, perform the following steps:1.2.3.4.Press OPTIONS, and then press the down key on thenavigational keypad until UNITS appears.Press OK. UNITS scrolls across the display and is replaced byone of two options: U.S. or METRIC.Toggle between the two options by pressing the down arrowkey on the navigational keypad.When you are ready, press OK to select the displayed unit ofmeasure. A message scrolls across the display indicating thatthe unit of measure has changed.Selecting a LanguageYou can choose to display text messages in several differentlanguages. To select a different language before or during anexercise session, take the following steps:1.2.3.4.Press OPTIONS, and then press the down key on thenavigational keypad until LANGUAGE appears.Press OK.LANGUAGE scrolls across the display and is replaced by oneof several language options.Scroll through the available language options by continuallypressing the down key on the navigational keypad.When you are ready, press OK to select the displayedlanguage.
