Moving the EquipmentIt is important, if you plan to move the equipment, that you obtainadult help and use proper lifting techniques. The equipment is veryheavy. Take advantage of the roller wheels on the equipment whenmoving it to a new location.Important: The plastic end cap, on the treadmill, is specificallydesigned for lifting. To avoid injury to yourself or damage to theequipment, ask for help in placing the treadmill where you plan touse it. Place a hand under each end of the end cap and, usingproper lifting techniques, lift the rear of the treadmill so that it rollson its front wheels.Long-Term StorageWhen the equipment is not in use for any length of time, make sureit is turned Off (treadmill only) and the power cord or optionalpower adapter (self-powered equipment) is unplugged from itspower source and is positioned so that it will not become damagedor interfere with people or other equipment.Product Owner's Manual: Maintenance 39
