Turning the Treadmill On and OffTo turn the treadmill On and Off, use the power switch locatedbeneath the hood, near the power cord receptacle.Important: When it is not being used, turn the treadmill Off.Weight LimitYou should not allow runners over 350 lb. (160 kg) or walkersheavier than 500 lb. (225 kg) on the treadmill.LocationIt is important to keep the area around the treadmill open and freefrom encumbrances such as other equipment.
