If during the data acquisition the sample counter causes the memory to roll over, the RAM FULL status bitwill be set, indicating that all of the data acquisition memory contains valid data for this acquisition. TheRAM FULL status bit is used, along with the trigger address (which contains the value of the samplecounter at the time of the trigger event), to establish the starting address, trigger address and endingaddress.
