OPENING THE COMPUSCOPE SDK PACKAGE INDICATESACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM,PROMPTLY RETURN THE PACKAGE UNOPENED AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.Title to the media on which the program is recorded and to documentation in support thereof is transferred to you,but title to the program is retained by Gage Applied Technologies, Inc.
