Vienna Insurance Group (“the Company”) was established on19 October 1993 and incorporated in the Commercial Register on 1 January 1994. The seat ofthe Company is Dr. Vladimíra Clementisa 10, 821 02 Bratislava 2, its corporate ID is 31 595 545and its Tax ID is 2021097089. The Company obtained license to perform insurance activities on12 November 1993.The Company has been in the insurance business from the year 1993. It is specialized ininsurance of all categories of property, responsibility for damage and other interests, insurance ofindividuals, bodies of any type, and insurance of foreign interests.
