Všetky tieto poisťovne využívajúslužby jedného dátového centra a využívajúprevádzkový systém KoopSQL, ktorý je centrálneudržiavaný a vyvíjaný v poisťovni Kooperativajedným tímom pracovníkov.V súvislosti so zavedením meny eurok 1.1.2009 boli po koncoročnej závierke 2008úspešne prepočítané korunové údaje v databázachinformačných systémov, vrátane systémuSAP R/3, ktorý sa používa na vedenieúčtovníctva, správu daní, majetku, investícií,miezd a personalistiky. Boli vykonané všetkypotrebné kroky, ktoré vyžadoval zákon o zavedenímeny euro v oblasti duálneho zobrazovaniapre rok 2009.V súvislosti s koncernovou stratégiou postupnéhoprechodu všetkých dcérskych spoločnostív oblasti prevádzkového systému naplatformu SAP-Smile bola realizovaná analýzapotrebných zmien v oblasti modulu partnerov,potrebných pre jeho implementáciu a integráciudo existujúceho prostredia.V súvislosti zo zlúčením s poisťovňouKONTINUITA k 1.10.2010 boli realizovanéadekvátne práce v oblasti IT. Bolo zjednotenéaplikačné vybavenie, prenesené všetkyprodukty spoločnosti KONTINUITA do prevádzkovéhosystému KOMUNÁLNEJ poisťovnea následne bola pripravená a otestovanáfinálna migrácia údajov do jedného prevádzkovéhosystému naplánovaná na január 2009po koncoročnej závierke.V oblasti priamej podpory predaja bolaďalej zdokonaľovaná aplikácia na sledovanievýsledkov obchodnej siete, čím sa zabezpečilalepšia informovanosť poisťovne o dojednanýchpoistných zmluvách.V rámci Manažérskeho informačneho systému(MIS) boli rozširované možnosti výberudát za účelom hlbšej analýzy dnešného portfóliapoistných zmlúv, čo umožňuje efektívnejšieriadenie obchodu a skvalitnenie rozhodovaciehoprocesu. Koncom roka sa začala implementáciaaplikácie podporujúcej riadenie rozvojapredajných sietí - Interaktívne mapy.Za účelom zvýšenia účinnosti odhaľovaniapoistných podvodov prebiehali v druhej poloviciroka analytické a prípravné práce na zvýšenípodpory detekcie poistných podvodov v informačnýchsystémoch, pričom implementácia bymala byť ukončená v prvom polroku 2010.V rámci dátového centra prebehla konsolidáciastarších serverov, z ktorých aplikáciea služby boli prenesené do virtuálneho prostredia.Konsolidácia zjednodušila správu zmigrovanýchserverov a zároveň sa znížila energetickánáročnosť dátového centra.V prvom polroku sa dokončili práce nainovácii a zabezpečení dátových sietí (WANa LAN) v náväznosti na migráciou z pôvodnejtechnologickej platformy Frame Relay naprogresívnu platformu Ethernet realizovanúkoncom roka 2008. V druhom polroku sa vykonalianalytické a prípravné práce za účelomzefektívnenia a zvýšenia zabezpečenia tokovdátovej siete (LAN) v dátovom centre.V druhom polroku bolo realizované zvýšeniezabezpečenia a dostupnosti dátovej siete(WAN) pre menšie obchodné zastúpenia prechodomz technologickej platformy DSL nazabezpečnnú platformu MPLS. Týmto krokomsa úplne oddelila dátová komunikácia vo WANsieti od internetovej prevádzky. Najdôležitejšímprínosom je zvýšenie bezpečnosti v rámci pobočkovejsiete pri zachovaní doterajších telekomunikačnýchnákladov zároveň s výhodouvzdialenej manažovateľnosti týchto pripojení.

ITWe have continued in pursuing the company’sstrategic goals by more intensive supportfor sales activities and internal processes withfocus on quality improvements of provided servicesand customer comfort.Companies of Vienna Insurance Group inSlovakia – companies KOOPERATIVA, KOMUNÁLNA poisťovňa and until 1.10.2009also insurance company KONTINUITA, havefunctional common Back-Office. All of thesecompanies are using the services of one datacentre and they utilise operational systemKoopSQL, which is centrally maintained anddeveloped in Kooperativa by a single team ofspecialists.In relation to the introduction of Euro currencyas of January 1, 2009 after the 2008end-of-year close Slovak crown data wassuccessfully converted in information systemdatabases, including SAP R/3, which is usedfor accounting, administration of taxes, assets,investments, wages and HR agenda. We havecarried out all steps required by law in relationto the introduction of Euro in the area of dualpricing throughout 2009.In relation to the concern strategy for allsubsidiaries of gradual transfer of operationalsystem to SAP-Smile platform we have conductedan analysis of necessary changes topartner modules, required for its implementationand integration in the existing environment.In relation to the merger with KONTINUITAas of 1.10.2010, we have performed all necessaryactions in the IT area. We have unifiedapplication software, transfer all KONTINUITA products to the production system of Komunálnapoisťovňa and subsequently we haveprepared and tested final data migration into asingle production system planned for January2009 after the end of year close.In an area of direct sales support we havecarried out improvements to an application formonitoring of sales network results, therebyproviding better quality information available tothe company with respect to the new insurancepolicies.In Management Information System (MIS)we have expanded the data selection functionalityto allow us deeper analysis of the currentcontract portfolio, which is allowing more effectivemanagement of sales and higher quality ofdecision-making process. Towards the end of theyear we have commenced an implementation ofapplication supporting the management of salesnetworks development – Interactive maps.With the aim of increasing the effectivenessof the insurance fraud detection processduring the second half of the year we haveconducted analytical and preparatory works inorder to increase the support for fraud detectionsupport in information systems, with theimplementation completion planned during thefirst half of 2010.In data centre we have conducted consolidationof older servers, with applicationsand services being transferred to the virtualenvironment. The consolidation simplified administrationof the migrated servers and at thesame time we have reduced the energy requirementsof the data centre.During the 1 st half of the year we have completedworks on upgrading and securing datanetworks (WAN and LAN) in connection to themigration from initial technological platformFrame Relay to progressive Ethernet platformwhich was installed towards the end of 2008.During the 2 nd half of the year we have carriedout analytical and preparatory work with the objectiveof efficiency improvements and increaseddata network (LAN) flow in the data centre.In the 2 nd half we have implemented increasedsecurity and accessibility of data network(WAN) for small business representations bythe transfer from technological platform DSLto secured platform MPLS. Through this stepwe have accomplished a full separation of datacommunication in WAN network from the Internettraffic.
