The growth index ofthe settled insurance claims is 1.011, whichrepresents an increase by 1.1% when comparedwith year 2008. Of this amount MTPL insurance claimsrepresented €11.407 million. For comprehensivemotor vehicle insurance claims we havepaid out €12.583 million. Claim payments forproperty and liability insurance totalled a sumof €1.941 million.Last year we have settled 15,296 MTPL insuranceclaims, which is an increase by 6.7%when compared with year 2008. Number ofcomprehensive motor vehicle insurance claimssettled in 2009 was 11,371 which representsa reduction by 4.1% in comparison with year2008.
